Oh YouTube, I think I hate thee.
It’s not just you. It’s the algorithm.
LinkedIn, you’re just as bad.
Automation hacks. Resume specialists. Marketers musing on marketing.
I just want to find something I’m good at and do it to death.
The side hustles, the self-promotion, the efficiency hacks?
They can all kick rocks.
You know what the biggest flex on LinkedIn is?
Winning?
It’s not posting 3–5 times a week.
It’s having an out-of-date profile and never looking back.
Because that means you’re out there doing it, right?
These feeds feel like a lot of people talking about pitching.
I want to be out there doing the doing.
Sorry if I don’t have any hot tips today.
I just had to complain about my YouTube algorithm.
Anyone know what I should be watching on there? These “fully automate your social media with AI” videos are not it.
In other news we built the netting frames for our raised garden beds and drank wine while mapping out the future of our wild overgrown backyard.
