After this last stint, I thought I’d pivot - take my leadership experience somewhere more stable.
But with 275,000 government layoffs, there’s a flood of sharp, underpaid project managers suddenly on the market.
So, it looks like I’m staying put.
Don’t get me wrong: I love leading teams of creatives. It’s all I’ve ever wanted to do, and I’m good at it.
